Join Joanne and Rebekah for four days of healing in beautiful Soquel California at the Land of the Medicine Buddha.  We invite you to unplug and take rest from the daily stressors of life.  Together we’ll explore YTR concepts that will deepen your understanding of trigger points, habit patterns, and the ways back to your heart center. Through mindfulness techniques, asana, sound healing, expressive art, moments of silence, and journaling, we will peel back the layers and build deeper connection with the Self. You will be ready to return to daily life feeling recharged, regulated, centered, and fluid.
