I am so excited, for our second year, we’ll be gathering together on rich land surrounded by majestic redwoods in Santa Cruz, California, for an inspiring and nourishing weekend of yoga and intention.

‘In oneself lies the whole world and if you know how to look and learn, then the door is there and the key is in your hand. Nobody on earth can give you either the key or the door to open, except yourself.’
– Krishnamurti in ‘You are the world’

The Event

What is it you want to create and manifest in your life? What is it that calls to you? What does your heart speak and how can you listen and honor that voice? What stands in the way of actualizing your intentions, visions, and dreams? Creating clarity around our intentions, no matter how big or small they may be, facilitates the alignment of mind, heart, and body.

Join me for an enlivening, heart-felt, joyous, and nurturing weekend dedicated to the spirit of spring and the heart!

The weekend includes:

  • Accommodations
  • All vegetarian and organic meals
  • 4 earthy yoga classes focusing on hips and heart
  • Meditation
  • An intention setting workshop
  • Hiking
  • Hot tub

Land of the Medicine Buddha

Land of the Medicine Buddha is an environmentally conscious meditation and retreat center set on 108 acres of coastal foothills standing adjacent to 10,000 acres of redwood forest. It is an active Buddhist community dedicated to the practice of peace, love, joy, and truth.

We’ll be utilizing this space, the land, and the season of spring to awaken and nourish our intentions for the year(s) to come. In addition to a relaxing weekend of nature and yoga I’ll be hosting a workshop focusing on intentions.
