Dive into an exploration of your senses! Celebrate the return of spring with a weekend workshop devoted to yoga and reflection. Through a combination of active and restorative yoga postures, pranayama, meditation and discussion, we will examine the senses and their ability to deepen the experience in the practice. Between classes, there will be time to take a sauna, go for a hike, or simply unwind.
