This retreat, held in the silent sanctuary of Land of Medicine Buddha, is an invitation to bring greater healing to our relationship with ourself, with one another, with our planet, and with the state of our world. This retreat weaves the personal, interpersonal, and transpersonal medicine that mindfulness offers.

Through sitting and walking meditation, time in nature, writing, and relational mindfulness, we will deepen our embodiment of the inner listening that leads to compassionate action. Eden will offer dharma talks and one-on-one guidance sessions to help us explore how to live more fully from presence. We will explore what it means to embody love in action in on our meditation cushion, in our personal lives, careers, relationships, social engagement, and our relationship to global uncertainty.

This retreat is for those who do not take casually the profound impact that the practices of compassionate awareness and relational mindfulness can have on our personal life and the world we live in. Both beginners and experienced meditators are welcome.

This retreat will be held in a context of silence and will include:

  • Sitting meditation
  • Walking Meditation
