Please join Stacie during this potent time of year to Inspire, Cultivate and Integrate into our daily lives what it means to live a meaningful and purposeful life. This will be a time for settling back in to ourselves after the chaos of the holidays and beginning the year from a centered and grounded Self. Through yoga practice and meditation as well as self-exploration and inquiry we will explore and investigate what it means to be Living Our Path, how to Inspire the Life We Want and Be Present to the Life We Have.
Each day will include yoga practices, dharma teachings and meditation.
