Now in its third decade, IRI’s Fall Seminar offers a great opportunity for T’ai Chi Ch’uan practitioners at all levels to deepen their practice. For those new to T’ai Chi Ch’uan, the beginners’ form class will introduce the Yang-Style Short Form. Experienced practitioners can learn the latest refinements of the Form, Push Hands, T’ai Chi Sword, and the two-person form of San Shou. The IRI focuses on T’ai Chi Ch’uan as a daily practice to achieve internal harmony for improved health, increased happiness, and a better life.
