Retreat participants will enjoy yoga and meditation classes, writing sessions, a photography workshop/walk, gentle hikes among the ancient redwoods, delicious organic meals, and comfortable lodging. As a special treat, a Tibetan Buddhist nun will speak with us about compassion.
You’ll also have plenty of free time during which you can schedule massages, explore your surroundings, and/or collaborate on your writing projects with a supportive community of friends.
