Spring is a significant time of transition, rebirth and regeneration, providing the opportunity to seek harmony and balance within. During this tranquil weekend retreat in the redwoods we will have ample time for self care, relaxation, and quiet introspection. The retreat includes two nights and three days accommodation, delicious vegetarian meals, three all levels Vinyasa Yoga practices with meditation, and gentle Restorative Yoga on Saturday late afternoon. There will be plenty of free time to enjoy optional activities such as hiking, lounging in the hot tub, relaxing in the sauna, getting a massage, and quiet time on your own.
