Practice Presence; the discipline that sets you free

This yoga retreat will have 4-5 yoga classes over the weekend. Grounded by fluid and dynamic Bhakti Vinyasa Asana and Pranayama Practice. Infused with yoga philosophy from the Bhagavad Gita. Focusing on presence, purpose, and peace. Expect Mantra (chanting), Asana (poses), Pranayama (Breath), Dharma (philosophy), meditation and Bhakti (love). Many wise philosophies, cultures and religions are grounded in the importance of PRESENCE. This yoga retreat will be an exploration of what Presence is, discovering for ourselves how it a practice of steady presence is the discipline that sets us free. How it can set us on our path of purpose and connect us to the peace we each carry in our heart. Robyn will guide us to harness our presence to find our personal power and joyful peace through presence and purpose.
