You are invited to a weekend Mindfulness Meditation retreat Feb. 2-4, 2018. This is a wonderful way to begin your New Year and deepen your mindfulness practice. The retreat will take place in the stillness of a beautiful redwood forest. This retreat will offer silent periods of sitting and walking meditation that are embedded with the spirit of loving-kindness. These teachings and practices will emphasize quieting the mind, opening the heart, and developing wisdom and compassion. Space is limited so please register ASAP.
WHEN: Feb. 2 – . Registration begins at 4:00 pm on Friday Feb. 2. Dinner is served at 6:00 pm and the first sitting is at 7:30 pm. The retreat will end after lunch on Sunday, Feb. 4 by 2:00 pm.
