Sunday March 5th: 10:30 – 4:30pm
A day long retreat of yoga, meditation, hiking, and forest immersion. There will be two yoga sessions: a morning session of meditation, hatha, and restorative yoga; and an after session of yoga nidra (a deeply restorative guided meditation and yoga practice). Delicious vegetarian lunch is provided and there will be plenty of time for hiking and use of the hot tub and sauna. It will be a truly restful and rejuvenating experience.
