Deposit and Contract Requirements
We require an estimated number of participants in order to prepare your contract. If your numbers increase or decrease, please contact us as soon as possible so we may review your options and book additional rooms for you if available.
We require a 10% or $500 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit (whichever is greater) in order to hold your space, as well as a credit card number in case of retreat cancellation. The balance of your invoice is due the day of your arrival. Your reservation will be confirmed upon the receipt of the signed contract and deposit. We reserve the right to release your dates if the contract and deposit are not received by the agreed upon date.
Two-month estimate: We will contact you two months prior to your event to get an estimate of your numbers. At that time, any rooms you have not reserved will be open to the public for overnight reservations.
Merchant fee: we charge a 5% merchant fee for any credit card payments.
If cancellation occurs up to six months prior to the first date of the event, 10% of total original Invoice is owed. Between six and three months prior to the first date of the event, 25% of total original Invoice is owed. Three months or less prior to the first date of event, 75% of total original Invoice is owed. Cancellation fees are due within a week of notice of cancellation.
